Bayern Munich want to take Steven Pienaar from Everton Football Club.

The South African international midfielder has been superb for the Toffees since his move from Borussia Dortmund, in what was an initial loan deal in 2007.

Pienaar was signed on a permanent basis for a bargain £2million in April 2008, but his current deal is set to expire at the end of the 2010/11 season.

With no progress being made on discussions over a new contract, the Daily Star Sunday claim Bayern will make an offer of £15million to take the 27-year-old in the summer.
