Malouda calls for Chelsea stability
03:30 PM 09 February, 2010
Carlo Ancelotti should be given time at Chelsea Football Club even if they end the season trophyless, according to Florent Malouda.

The Blues currently hold a two-point lead over Manchester United in the Premier League, whilst they are in the last sixteen of the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup.

But should the unthinkable happen and the Londoners suffer a huge collapse in the business end of the season, Malouda is praying Ancelotti will be given more time.

“It’s good when you’re looking at Manchester United and Arsenal they keep their stability. I’ve been here for 2½ years and I’ve had five different managers,” he told The Telegraph.

“So let the manager do his job and give him time to bring the title back to the Bridge. He’s got the character to manage the team. You can hear his voice sometimes when he’s not happy.

“He’s really close to the players, talking a lot with us. He tries to know us, not only from a football point of view but about our families. He wants the players to be demanding of themselves.”

Yes Malouda is right even if Ancelloti don't win the trophy this season that does not guarantee him to lose his job
