Traore learning ropes at Portsmouth
Armand Traore is learning all the time at Portsmouth Football Club.
The Arsenal defender is on a season-long loan at Fratton Park and has been in impressive form, and he has put this down to playing regular top-flight football.
"I'm enjoying my football here and I am learning all the time. I've learned how to save energy," Traore told The News "Before at Arsenal I would use it all and then I would have none left.
"Now I've learned how to cope with the pressure and there are fewer problems. When I was at Arsenal I felt I had to show the boss he was right to choose me, and I had to perform. That's not happened here.
"The first few games were hard. I was getting cramps because I was not used to the tempo. I didn't recover well. But now my body is more used to it. Now it is getting better. I recover much quicker."
