Andrey Arshavin has challenged his Arsenal Football Club pals to win their remaining twelve fixtures and lift the Premier League title this season.

The Gunners saw off Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night thanks to an Abou Diaby goal, whilst Chelsea and Manchester United both dropped points.

Arsene Wenger’s side may still be considered as outsiders for the title, but they are just six points behind with twelve games left, none of which are against any of their rival Big Four clubs.

"After these results, it looks possible," Arshavin told his personal website. "The gap was reduced to six points. But if we want to be champions we have to win all our remaining games.”
