Harry Redknapp is sure Joe Cole will stay at Chelsea Football Club.

As much as the Tottenham Hotspur manager would welcome his former West Ham United starlet to White Hart Lane in the summer, he can’t see such a move happening.

Cole is out of contract at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season and would be available on a Bosman free transfer, but Redknapp expects him to pen a new deal with the Blues beforehand.

“Joe Cole is a fantastic footballer. I’m sure Chelsea won’t let him go and I’m sure the situation will be resolved,” he told the London Evening Standard.
