Vidic tipped to make £20million Bernabeu switch
11:00 AM 14 February, 2010
Nemanja Vidic’s time at Manchester United Football Club appears to be coming to a close.

The Serbian international has been a huge success at Old Trafford following his move from Spartak Moscow in the New Year of 2007, having formed a fine partnership with Rio Ferdinand.

However, speculation over his future in England has been rife since last summer, with both AC Milan and Barcelona keen to prise the 28-year-old.

Reports in the Daily Mail claim Real Madrid are now favourites to sign Vidic in a £20million at the end of the season, as the Bernabeu side look for more steel in their back four.

Sir Alex Ferguson already looks like he’s lining up replacements for the Serb, having forked out £10million to take Chris Smalling from Fulham in time for the 2010/11 season.
