Liverpool Football Club’s Yossi Benayoun has returned to training.

The Israel playmaker has been out of action since picking up a broken rib in the middle of last month, but he has returned to training with the rest of the first team squad.

"Yossi was training with the team," coach Rafael Benitez told the club’s official website. "Still we have to be careful with his rib, but he was training."

Benayoun, meanwhile, has been linked with an £8million move to Russian side Dynamo Moscow, although the Anfield club insist he is not for sale.
