Liverpool not first choice for Krasic
02:00 PM 26 February, 2010
Milos Krasic has revealed he would prefer to move to Spain when he leaves CSKA Moscow.

The Serbian forward is expected to leave his current club in the summer, and reports earlier this month claimed Liverpool were in the hunt for his signature.

However, Krasic, rated at £12million by CSKA, has revealed that if he does leave Moscow, he would prefer a move to La Liga, which is likely to be of interest from Real Madrid.

“I've been in Moscow for five and a half years and I think it's time to leave. But, again, that will only happen if there is a good offer, both for me and for CSKA,” he said.

"I gave everything I could to this club, but I understand that managers want to wait before accepting a satisfactory proposal. I think that Spain is the league where I could express myself best."
