Junior Hoilett is thrilled to commit his future to Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

The 19-year-old forward has finally penned a new deal which keeps him at Ewood Park until the summer of 2012, and he insists this was always his intention despite lengthy talks.

“I am happy to be here," said Hoilett,

"There were a few clauses that had to be removed but Blackburn was my first choice and always has been. It's important to keep developing and improving my standard."
