Yannick Djalo is a target for Everton Football Club.

David Moyes is already planning his targets for the summer transfer window, and reports suggest he has set his sights on the Sporting Lisbon forward.

The 23-year-old is on the brink of winning full international honours for Portugal after winning his first call-up, and could even feature in the World Cup Finals.

Djalo is under contract in the Portuguese capital until 2013, and although he has only started five league games this season, only a handsome fee would persuade Sporting to sell.
