Chelsea Football Club made a €15million bid for Javier Pastore in the summer.

The 20-year-old has been a revelation in Serie A this season, where his performances for Palermo have won him a host of admirers from around Europe.

Internazionale have made the Argentine a big target for the end of the season, whilst it has been revealed Chelsea made an offer to take him in August.

“Chelsea offered 15 million euro for Pastore in August,” said Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini in the Gazzetta dello Sport. “Now he costs three times that.”
