Joe Hart insists he has put all speculation over his future to the back of his mind as he focuses only on his performances for Birmingham City Football Club.

The 22-year-old goalkeeper has enjoyed a fine loan spell at St Andrews this season, and the Midlands side hope to call upon his services again next term.

However, it remains unclear what Manchester City’s plans are for the England ace, who is happy to wait until the summer and instead just focus on the remainder of this season.

“It's out of my hands and I'm not sitting in the corner worrying about all the different scenarios," Hart told the Star on Sunday. "It's not up to me what happens, I'm employed by Manchester City.

“I'm contracted to them and they are in charge of me. They've put me on loan to Birmingham City for this season and right now that's all I'm bothered about."
