If Landon Donovan returns to England, it will almost certainly be with Everton Football Club.

The American international is now back at his parent club LA Galaxy, having spent ten weeks on loan at Goodison Park where he became a firm crowd favourite.

Indeed, his performances are said to have attracted the interest of Chelsea, but the midfielder insists if he does return to the Premier League, it would be with the Toffees.

“I would consider coming back,” said Donovan. “I could never have imagined it would go this well. My guess would be if I ever come back, it would be to this club (Everton).”
