Gianluigi Buffon’s agent claims the goalkeeper is annoyed with speculation linking him with a summer move to Manchester City Football Club.

Despite having the impressive Shay Given in goal at the moment, reports have linked with the Blues with a €35million bid for Italy’s number one shot stopper.

However, this speculation hasn’t gone down well with Buffon, 32, who is under contract at Juventus until the summer of 2013 and doesn’t have any intention to quit the club.

“Gigi is very annoyed because those rumours have no foundation," agent Silvano Martina told Corriere dello Sport.
