Ballack: Old Trafford clash won’t decide title
Chelsea Football Club’s Michael Ballack doesn’t believe the title will be decided today.
The Blues travel to leaders Manchester United on Saturday, knowing a win will put them ahead of the Reds whilst defeat will see them fall four points behind.
As much as the match at Old Trafford is likely to have a big say in the destination of the title, with just five games remaining afterwards, Ballack doesn’t believe it will be decisive.
"We are still in the race for the championship and the (FA) cup and that's what we focus on now. The title is our main goal, but it will still be difficult,” he told Uefa’s official website.
"Three teams are fighting for it now. It's very tight. It will be very close until the end. I think that as the end is approaching, the more exciting it gets. I hope we will be the lucky ones in the end."
