Arsenal flop Almunia ready to pack his bags?
08:00 PM 13 July, 2010
Manuel Almunia could be heading out of Arsenal Football Club this summer.

Arsene Wenger has finally lost patience with his number one of last season, and is closing on a deal to sign Fulham’s Australian shot-stopper Mark Schwarzer.

The Gunners coach has recently confessed that Almunia struggles with confidence ahead of big games, and it is difficult to see the Spaniard having much of a future at the Emirates Stadium.

According to The People, Almunia, formerly of Celta Vigo, could be heading back to Spain, where Atletico Madrid are prepared to offer the 33-year-old a fresh start.

However, he could even struggle for regular first team football at the Vicente Calderon, as Atletico have two fine young goalkeepers in Sergio Asenjo and David De Gea.

its about time almunia left since he's loses confidence when it comes to big matches, arsene wenger on the other hand should stop his attitude of buying players without experience, we're honestly tired of supporting a coach who is losing his tactical abilities & a less achieving team
