Juventus ready to take Adebayor on loan
04:30 PM 26 July, 2010
Juventus want to sign Emmanuel Adebayor on loan.

The Togo international joined Manchester City from Arsenal in a £25million deal last summer, and he remains under contract at Eastlands until the end of the 2013-2014 season.

However, it is being reported by Corriere dello Sport that Roberto Mancini is prepared to let the 26-year-old leave the club as soon as another striker is signed.

Mario Balotelli, the Internazionale youngster, is at the top of the City wanted list, although they would move heaven and earth if they could take Fernando Torres from Liverpool.

Adebayor, meanwhile, has been linked with a loan move to Italian giants Juve, who would have to pay his wage of £4.5million to have him for the whole of the coming season.
