Arsenal could hijack Veloso’s Italian move
03:30 PM 30 July, 2010
Arsenal Football Club could be about to hijack Miguel Veloso’s move to Genoa.

The Portugal international has been contracted to Sporting Lisbon since 2005, but he has often been linked with a move to one of Europe’s bigger leagues.

Reports suggest Italian outfit Genoa are on the verge of tying up an £8million deal for the 24-year-old, but it is believed Arsene Wenger could enter the race for the midfielder.

The Gunners boss has cash to spend on his squad this summer as he looks to arrest a silverware drought, and Veloso could prove a shrewd addition.

Veloso would be perfect for arsenal, much better then denilson! But as we all know, arsenal will not spend money even if that means one more season without the title!

Unfortunately the Sporting has already officialize the sell of Veloso to Genoa... Maybe next time you will be more lucky! After goalkeeper Eduardo another player that Genoa buy before Arsenal...
