Alessandro Diamanti insists he is happy at West Ham United Football Club.

The former Livorno man has been linked with a return to Italy, with his agent talking up the possibility of a move to Fiorentina this summer.

However, although he admits he misses life in Serie A, Diamanti insists he is happy at Upton Park and plans to remain with the Hammers.

"Almost certainly I will stay at West Ham, even if my agents are evaluating the various offers," he told Sky Italia. "During the market there are many rumours, but I feel good here in London.

"In England you can breathe a different climate, especially in the stadiums. Its very different to Italy. I miss the Italian league, but I would like to stay here because I feel good."
