Kieron Dyer sees no reason why West Ham United Football Club can’t inflict a first Premier League defeat on the champions after the international break.
The Hammers have started with three straight defeats and have a goal difference of minus eight, meaning they are currently propping up the league table.
Chelsea, on the other hand, have won their opening three games at a canter, and have scored a total of fourteen goals without a single effort conceded.
So the Blues are huge favourites to pick up another three points at Upton Park when the action resumes on 11 September, but Dyer thinks otherwise.
“We believe we can beat Chelsea. It's a completely different game,” he told the official club website. "It's a derby game and form will go out of the window.”
