Dickson Etuhu has ended all speculation over his future at Fulham Football Club.

The 28-year-old has been a mainstay of the Cottagers side since his arrival from Sunderland in 2008, but his contract was set to expire at the end of the current season.

Etuhu has been linked with a move to Liverpool in the New Year, where he would be reunited with his former Craven Cottage boss Roy Hodgson.

However, it has now been confirmed that the midfielder has signed a new contract with Mark Hughes’ side, which will keep him at the London club until 2014.
