Liverpool could have buyer for Jovanovic
09:30 AM 21 December, 2010
Liverpool Football Club’s Milan Jovanovic is earning attention in Germany.

The Serbian international joined the Reds on a free transfer in the summer, but he was very much a signing of former head coach Rafael Benitez.

Jovanovic has failed to impress new boss Roy Hodgson, though, and now the Anfield club are looking to offload the former Standard Liege forward in January.

According to reports in Germany, both Cologne and Hamburg are interested in signing the 29-year-old, who is valued in the region of £3million by the Merseyside club.

Hodgson will now be hoping either club follow up their interest with a solid bid for Jovanovic, who has yet to score in the Premier League having made eight appearances.
