West Ham have sold midfielder Valon Behrami to Fiorentina for an undisclosed fee.

The 25-year-old's departure has been confirmed on the Hammers' official website, which stated: "Switzerland international Valon Behrami has joined Italian Serie A club ACF Fiorentina for an undisclosed fee.

"The club would like to thank Behrami for his contribution and wish him every success for the future."
