Walter Smith has shrugged off Arsenal Football Club’s reported interest in Allan McGregor.

Despite the form of Lukasz Fabianski and Wojciech Szczesny this season, Arsene Wenger is said to be keen to sign a new goalkeeper at the end of the campaign.

Reports have linked with the Gunners coach with a £5million swoop for Scotland international McGregor, but this doesn’t appear to be worrying Rangers.

“I am sure Arsene Wenger would have phoned me if he wanted to take him. You'll be the first to know if he gets in touch with me,” said Ibrox boss Smith.
