West Bromwich Albion remain bottom

West Bromwich Albion Football Club remain bottom of the Premier League.

The Baggies were heading for a point at fellow Premier League new boys Stoke City on Saturday, until Mamady Sidibe popped up with a late winner for the hosts.

"The result was disappointing. The game was disappointing for the spectators. The bottom line is we lost the game and we've got no complaints," Tony Mowbray told Sky Sports.

"I don't feel as though they threatened us much. That's the fine margins of Premier League football. We need to pick up more points of course. We've had a tough run so it's not easy.

"No one's getting despondent. Some bigger, more illustrious teams have come here and struggled. We didn't create much but that's difficult. It's difficult to come here.

"The game was pretty dull if we're honest about it. We need to get a result from somewhere. It's not as though we're getting rolled over. We're competitive.”
