Moyes expects tricky Wigan Athletic clash
David Moyes believes Everton Football Club will have to be at their best on Monday night.
The Toffees travel to Wigan Athletic for a Premier League meeting at the JJB Stadium, and Moyes is aware that his players will have to be at their best against Steve Bruce's side.
"You can't take anything for granted in this league and we will have to play well if we are going to come away with the points," he said. "I think Wigan are a good side, they are strong and they work very hard.
"I think Steve Bruce has got himself a good group of players and the game will be hard, it always is against Wigan and against Steve's teams. They have been a little bit unlucky so far this season.
"One or two things have gone against them and I see them as a side that will certainly be a Premier League team next season. They are a good footballing side and they have some really exciting players.
"Antonio Valencia is a very good player, as is [Wilson] Palacios, and Zaki has also done very, very well. They also have Emile Heskey so you have to say they have three or four really good exciting players."
