Tottenham Hotspur must double Hernandez bid
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club must pay €20million to land Abel Hernandez.
The agent of the 20-year-old has confirmed Harry Redknapp’s club has lodged a bid for the forward, believed to be in the region of €10million.
However, he has also suggested that if the White Hart Lane club are serious about landing the Uruguay international, they may have to double this offer.
“I know (Palermo president Maurizio) Zamparini has turned down the offer, although I do not know what the figure was,” Vincenzo D’Ippolito told calciomercato.it.
"If indeed it was €10million then it would be considered too low as the value of the player in the market is of €20million. The transfer market has just started so we will see what happens."
