Johan Djourou believes Arsenal Football Club could be unstoppable as soon as they win a trophy.

Despite being in contention for four honours at the turn of the year, a Carling Cup final defeat saw the Gunners collapse from February onwards.

It is now six years since the Londoners last won a trophy, but Djourou feels once they have that monkey off their back they will sweep all before them.

“I think that when this long run ends it will just go crazy and we'll win everything that is there because this club's got so much potential,” he told Sky Sports.

"It's not only the players but all the club is something very special. When you play for Arsenal you feel very privileged. It's true that it's been six years but I'm just waiting for the moment.”
