Vidic rules out Manchester United exit
05:30 PM 13 June, 2011
Nemanja Vidic has ruled out leaving Manchester United Football Club.

The Serbian international has just captained the Reds to a nineteenth league title, and he was once more one of Sir Alex Ferguson’s star performers.

Juventus are said to be lining up a shock offer for Vidic, but the agent of the defender has revealed there is little chance of the Italians tempting him from Old Trafford.

"Vidic is a player that everyone wants,” Silvano Martina told Radio Sportiva. "I talked to him about a hypothetical transfer and he said 'I am the captain of United, I've won almost everything.

"'Why should I go to Italy right now that Italian football is going through such a turbulent moment?'. This response removes any doubt about his future - he stays where he is."
