Aston Villa boss given N’Zogbia green light
Alex McLeish has been given the nod to move for Wigan Athletic’s Charles N’Zogbia.
The France international has made no secret of the fact he sees the DW Stadium as a stepping stone in his career, and he looks certain to leave this summer.
Liverpool, Sunderland and former club Newcastle United have all been linked with the midfielder, but Villa are set to make an official approach for his signature.
According to the Express, chairman Randy Lerner has given McLeish the green light to make a move for N’Zogbia, with an offer of £9million being mooted.
