Adam thanks Dalglish for Liverpool move
Charlie Adam has thanked Kenny Dalglish for bringing him to Liverpool.
The Reds failed to sign the Scotland international during the New Year, when Blackpool were refusing to let the midfielder leave mid-season.
However, Adam has now been snapped up by the Anfield club in a £9million deal, and the 25-year-old has thanked Dalglish for renewing his interest in him.
"I'm delighted to eventually be here," Adam said. “I have been able to come here and join a wonderful club, a massive club that is well known all over the world.
"I thank the manager for bringing me here. It's a step in my career that I'm looking forward to. I want to learn and there are some of the best players in the world.”
