Carlos Tevez is edging towards the Manchester City Football Club exit door.

The Argentine international has once more expressed his desire to quit the Etihad Stadium, and return to his South American roots to be closer to his family.

Corinthians last week failed with an offer of £35million for the 27-year-old, but it is thought they have returned with an improved offer which the Blues will accept.

City will then look to his compatriot Sergio Aguero, of Atletico Madrid, who could be heading to the FA Cup winners in a £45million deal.
