Anderson makes Manchester United vow
Anderson believes he can fill the void left by Paul Scholes at Manchester United.
Reds legend Scholes hung up his boots at the end of last season, and ever since a number of potential replacements have been linked with Old Trafford.
Wesley Sneijder, of Internazionale, is a favourite of Sir Alex Ferguson, who would also welcome Arsenal ace Samir Nasri or Tottenham Hotspur’s Luka Modric.
However, at the moment if looks as though United will stick with what they already have in their squad, but Anderson insists this is no bad thing.
“Scholes was amazing, a legend, but it means more opportunity, more space for me," he told Sky Sports. “I think everyone together can take his position."
