Henrik Larsson is a target for Everton Football Club, according to reports.

The Swedish striker, a legend at Celtic and a Premier League winner with Manchester United, is a free agent after his contract with Helsingborgs expired.

David Moyes is believed to be interested in the 37-year-old following the injury which has ended Yakubu's season, and the veteran has refused to rule out a move to England.

"I am a free agent and have not yet decided what to do next," he told the Daily Star. "I like Helsingborgs, but I have not completely closed my mind to the idea of going abroad again.

"We will see what happens."
