Chelsea Football Club are willing to offload Yossi Benayoun before Wednesday.

The Israel international only joined the Blues last summer, when he was signed by former coach Carlo Ancelotti in a £5.5million deal from Liverpool.

Benayoun missed the vast majority of the season with an injury, and although he is now fit, he faces a huge battle to force his way into Andre Villas-Boas’ plans.

Indeed, the Stamford Bridge boss is prepared to sell the midfielder, and he is said to be hopeful that reports of Tottenham Hotspur’s interest will lead to an offer.
