Wilson Palacios is in talks with Stoke City Football Club.

Tony Pulis has been in the market for a new midfielder for much of the summer, and the Honduran international has featured high on his wanted list.

Palacios has lost his place in the Spurs side this season, and Harry Redknapp is prepared to let him leave in order to raise some funds before the window shuts.

It is believed the former Wigan Athletic man is now in advanced talks with Stoke, who could even get the deal rubberstamped by the end of the weekend.
