Bolton Wanderers boss defends Bogdan
Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle has leapt to the defence of Adam Bogdan.
The Whites have lost Jussi Jaaskelainen to injury and turned to the youngster on Sunday, but he gifted Chelsea two goals in a damaging 5-1 defeat.
Coyle, though, is refusing to criticise the 24-year-old Hungarian international, who he feels can go on to become a top class goalkeeper in the future.
"Young Adam Bogdan will a have a terrific career but he had a tough day today, but that can happen and sometimes confidence can go," he told Sky Sports.
The defeat to the Blues leaves Bolton bottom of the table, and their opening day 4-0 win at Queens Park Rangers now seems such a long time ago for their fans.
