Newcastle United Football Club are the latest to be linked with Jeffrey Schlupp.

The 18-year-old can play in a number of positions, and he has recently been linked with a host of clubs from the Premier League as he continues to progress at Leicester City.

Schlupp is under contract at the King Power Stadium until the summer of 2013, and he has been watched by Aston Villa, Liverpool and Stoke City in recent weeks.

The Daily Mail now claim Newcastle have taken an interest in the teenager, and Sven Goran Eriksson is bracing himself for offers when the window reopens in January.
