Blackpool have a made a verbal offer to Rangers over making Alan Gows's loan deal permanent.

Ex-Falkirk midfielder Gow moved to the Seasiders in August with a view to a permanent transfer and a fee of around £200,000 has already been agreed for the 26-year old.

Rangers are looking to their trim their squad as they focus on domestic issues with no more European participation this season.
