John Terry believes Chelsea Football Club can get right back in the hunt for silverware in the coming days.

The Blues take on Valencia at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night, knowing that a win against the Spaniards will assure them of progress in the UEFA Champions League.

Manchester City then pay a visit in the Premier League, and if Andre Villas-Boas’ side can collect three points, they will move within seven points of the leaders.

"It's a big month ahead in all competitions," Terry told the Sunday Mirror. "We have two huge home games. We need to use that to our advantage and take the chance to get our momentum back.

"With the right results, we can put ourselves in a strong position in the Premier League and Champions League - and we need no more motivation than that."
