Nemanja Vidic is an ambitious want for Italian giants Juventus.

The Bianconeri have emerged from a turbulent few years in their history, including relegation to Serie B for match-fixing, and once again look a force to be reckoned with.

Juve are going for the Serie A title this season having started well, and at the very least, they expect to be back in the UEFA Champions League for next term.

According to The Metro, the Turin side have set their sights on a summer deal for Vidic, who has been a huge success at Manchester United since his January 2006 arrival.

The Times reported at the weekend, though, that the 30-year-old defender faces an uncertain future at Old Trafford, as Sir Alex Ferguson looks to ring the changes.
