Swindon Town Football Club are eyeing a deal for Anthony Elding.

The Robins are setting their sights on promotion from League Two this season, and they currently occupy a play-off position as the campaign enters its second half.

According to reports, Paulo di Canio’s side are eyeing up a deal for Grimsby Town striker Elding, who has scored 12 times this season but it out of contract in the summer.

“Apparently they've been in contact with my agent but right now I'm enjoying playing at Grimsby and to stay here for the long-term would be my preferred option,” Elding told Sky Sports.
