Liverpool to rival Arsenal for Gourcuff
07:00 PM 11 January, 2012
Liverpool Football Club will move for Yoan Gourcuff at the end of the season.

The France international is certain to see out the season at current club Lyon, as he looks to find his best form ahead of the European Championships this summer.

Gourcuff is a long-term target for Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger, who is expected to move for him at the end of the season, but he looks set to face competition from Anfield.

It is believed Kenny Dalglish has made the 25-year-old a top target for his Reds squad, and he is prepared to pay around £13million to lure the playmaker to Merseyside.
