Newcastle United Football Club are set to renew their interest in Eljero Elia.

Alan Pardew was keen on the 24-year-old winger during the summer window, but he lost out when Juventus took him following the expiry of his Hamburg contract.

Elia has struggled to make an impact in Serie A, though, and this has led to suggestions he could be on his way out during the current window.

According to the Daily Mail, Pardew is set to renew his interest in the Holland international, who he would likely look to take on loan for the rest of the season.
