Queens Park Rangers Football Club are interested in Lassana Diarra.

New Loftus Road boss Mark Hughes is a huge fan of the France international, who he tried to sign during his time in charge of Manchester City.

Diarra has struggled to nail down a regular start at Real Madrid under Jose Mourinho, who is believed to be willing to let him leave for the right price.

Whilst Hughes accepts it will be difficult to lure the midfielder into a relegation fight, he intends to make a bid for his signature in the summer should his side avoid the drop.
