Jefferson Farfan could be heading to Chelsea Football Club this summer.

The Peruvian international is likely to be one of the hottest prospects on the market at the end of the season, when his contract at Schalke will have expired.

This means the forward will be available to sign on a free transfer, and reports suggest Andre Villas-Boas could try and tempt him to Stamford Bridge.

Farfan has in the past been linked with Arsenal, but it looks as though the 27-year-old may end up in the capital at their London rivals next season.
