Scott Dann believes Blackburn Rovers Football Club fans deserve some credit.

The Ewood Park faithful have spent much of the season protesting against the club owners and manager Steve Kean, but Dann feels this has not been the case of late.

Rovers are currently engulfed in a bitter fight to retain their place in the Premier League, and the defender feels the fans are now getting behind the team to aid their bid.

"Especially since we won at Manchester United, the fans have really been getting behind us,” he told the Lancashire Telegraph. "I hope they can do that until the end of the season and that we can stay up."
