Adriano Galliani admits he regrets not being able to sign Carlos Tevez in January.
Milan were eager to take the Argentine international during the winter window, when it looked certain he would be quitting the Etihad Stadium.
However, no deal could be agreed, and the Rossoneri vice-president could only look on longingly as Tevez made his return to the City side against Chelsea last week.
"I was in love with Tevez and I saw him returning to the field with Manchester and I loved it so much," said Galliani. "When he entered the game changed.
"He drives me crazy, but some trains have to be taken in the exact moment which they pass, while fate decided otherwise.”
