Wolfsburg are set to make an £8million bid for Adel Taarabt.

The Moroccan international was sensational as Queens Park Rangers earned promotion from the Championship last term, but he has struggled in the Premier League.

Taarabt has, though, shown glimpses of his best form in recent weeks, and this has promoted speculation that Wolfsburg will bid £8million for the playmaker.

The 22-year-old looks certain to leave Loftus Road regardless of the outcome of their fight against relegation, and a move to the Bundesliga would offer him a fresh challenge.
