Royston Drenthe has been linked with a summer move to Liverpool Football Club.

The 25-year-old Holland international is currently on loan at Everton, for whom he has made 21 appearances in the Premier League during the course of the season.

Drenthe is under contract at parent club Real Madrid, but this deal is set to expire at the end of the campaign when he will be available on a free transfer.

And reports at the weekend claim Kenny Dalglish has made the player, who can operate in defence of midfield, a target as he looks to add his to Reds squad.
